These terms apply to all services provided by B.E Auto Detail, operated by Blake Wesley and Evan Meinert, based in Michigan. By submitting a booking request, you agree to these terms.
Submitting the booking form is a service request — not a confirmed appointment. We'll contact you within 24 hours to confirm the details and make sure everything works for both parties. We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion (for example, if the requested date isn't available or the location is outside our service area).
Please cancel or reschedule as early as possible so we can offer the slot to another customer. We understand that plans change.
If we arrive at your location and cannot complete the service because the vehicle is inaccessible, power or water hookups aren't available, or personal items haven't been cleared from the car, we may charge a trip fee to cover our travel time and costs. We'll communicate before charging anything.
Payment is due on the day of service. We accept:
Card payments are processed entirely by Square. We do not receive or store your card details.
If we cannot complete the service due to weather or a problem on our end, we will reschedule at no charge or issue a full refund.
We do not offer refunds for services already completed unless a clear mistake on our part caused verifiable damage to your vehicle. If you have a concern about a completed service, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
We take care with every vehicle and use products appropriate for each surface. That said:
For mobile service (we come to your location), you must provide access to a working outdoor power outlet and a water spigot or hose connection. We bring our own extension cords and hose — we just need the hookup. If these aren't available when we arrive, we may be unable to complete the service, and a trip fee may apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be handled in Michigan.
We may update these terms from time to time. If you have an active booking on file, we'll do our best to notify you by email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
